Overview
Scott Lewis and his wife first contacted me when they were going overseas as missionaries to China with their then two small daughters. I booked a honeymoon for the oldest one in May of this year. That is a LONG term relationship with a client.

I was able to assist Scott, Connie and their daughters with travel plans to move to Chengdu, China. Over the years they traveled home to visit family when possible. Several times family and friends here contacted me to help them visit the Lewis family in China. Overview
My husband, Rusty, traveled with Lifewater International in 2000 for his first trip to Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, Western African. I was able to book a missionary airfare for him. Lifewater contacted me about that and I’ve been booking international flights for their staff and volunteers since that time. I flew out to California several times when they had volunteer training so that I could meet them face to face.
Lifewater Staff and volunteers contact me directly to work with them individually. This year in 2019 was their 3rd annual climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro. I worked with climbers from around the country to coordinate their schedules and to make sure they had medical coverage for adventure travel. We are already working on schedules to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, Cambodia for 2020.

Melissa and Timothy dreamed to traveling to Israel and experiencing the Holy Lands.
I attend church with Melissa and Tim and knew of their heart’s desire to visit Israel. When I planned to take a small group from my church, they were on board. I took a small intimate group of 18 to Experience Jerusalem, Masada, The Dead Sea, the Jordan River, The Sea Of Galilee, Magdala, Meggido and Ceasera by the Sea. We truly walked where Jesus walked -47 miles in 7 days. I was the escort although we had an expert Israeli guide. Jon contacted me the end of January with a request to take his daughter to the World Cup in Lyon France, July 1-4, 2019. At that time he was going to Kilimanjaro afterwards to visit his daughter and her family who were serving as missionaries. Jon went to another agent first which did not feel comfortable with this request. That agent called me and asked if I would be willing to meet with this client. I grabbed my laptop, drove to the local McDonalds to me Jon.

Jon and Mary were looking for a package for the World Cup for 3 nights including the tickets for the semi-finals matches and then to continue to Mt. Kilimanjaro afterwards. As he was visiting his daughter serving as a missionary there, I was able to secure a missionary fare for he and his daughter. That turned out wonderful as he later had to cancel his trip to Africa. His grandson was diagnosed with leukemia and returned to the US for treatment. Missionary fares have a cancellation fee versus a non-refundable published fare. Since they had to cancel Africa we booked a 3 night package in Paris instead.

IMPACT is located in California and came to me through a referral from Lifewater International. The Presbytery there sends 3-4 teams overseas every summer for mission endeavors.
Kristy LaBarge is the coordinator for all the mission teams each summer. She contacts me with their destination and I research published, bulk and missionary fares to see what is best for them. This year they traveled to Honduras, Ukraine, and Romania. The team in Kiev, Ukraine was very thankful for good travel protection coverage with their luggage lost for several days. Team members were able to purchase some clothes and essentials until their luggage was located and be totally reimbursed for those items.

I met Don Coggins about 7 years ago through our local Chamber of Commerce and connected with a monthly networking group he attended. We needed a financial planner and started working with Don.
